I think its pretty cool that you’re here ;) 

Long story slightly short; my journey with yoga began with a simple desire for more shanti—peace—in my life and over time, it blossomed into the Graceful Motions philosophy that guides everything I do. This approach honors the uniqueness of every person, meets them with gentle compassion, and encourages transformation through mindful, creative movement.

I blend functional movement with traditional yoga to offer classes that are both grounding and playful—always layered with grace, curiosity, and balance. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or you’re an experienced practitioner, my aim is to help you rediscover the innate strength and serenity within.


When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me exploring new ways to bring the Graceful Motions philosophy into everyday life—be it through walking meditations, journaling, or a warm conversation over tea. I believe that well-being is a holistic process, one that invites us to care for our minds, bodies, and spirits in sustainable ways.
