Mindful Mobility Yoga
I created Mindful Mobility Yoga to help you move more freely, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with your body. It is a vinyasa style practice. This class merges traditional yoga poses with functional movement drills to enhance your mobility and alignment. I’ll guide you to focus on each transition, encouraging awareness and breathwork so you leave feeling both energized and centered.
Foundational Flow (Hatha Yoga)
